Why a fixed price instead of hourly?+

Hourly billing punishes you when work takes longer and gives you no idea what the final bill will be. A fixed price means we agree the full cost upfront, in writing — if we underestimate, that's on us, not you. You always know exactly what you're paying.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to manage the site myself?+

Yes. Every project includes a short training video showing you how to update text, images, and prices yourself. And if you'd rather not touch it, a Care Plan (from PKR 5,000/month) means we handle updates for you.

Do I actually own the website?+

Completely. The domain, hosting accounts, and the website itself are all registered in your name and handed over to you. You're never locked to us — if you ever want to move to someone else, everything is yours to take.

What if I want changes after launch?+

Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes, plus a set number of revision rounds (1–3 depending on the package). After that, we work on a simple hourly rate, or you can keep us on a monthly Care Plan.

How do payments work?+

Every project is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Local clients can pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. International clients can pay via Wise, Payoneer, Stripe, or Upwork escrow — all invoices in USD.

What if I don't like the design?+

We design and show you every page before we build anything. If you don't like the first design, we go back and try again — you're never locked into something you don't love, because no code gets written until you approve the look.
