What You Actually Get for PKR 12,000 — The BrightWire Starter Site, Explained

By Muhammad Tahir · 1 June 2026 · 7 min read

PKR 12,000 is a suspicious number for a website in Pakistan. Too cheap to trust, too real to ignore.

Most buyers who see it either assume it's a template slap-job, or they click "book now" before reading what's actually inside. Both reactions are wrong. This post is the detailed breakdown I wish every buyer read before starting a conversation — what's in the package, what's deliberately not in it, and how to know in five minutes whether it's right for your business.

Why a founding price exists

The Starter Site launched at PKR 12,000 for the first 10 clients. That's a founding rate — a deliberate trade.

I'm new to offering fixed-price packages publicly. I've shipped projects for international clients via Upwork (Hafiz Tayyab, our lead developer, is Top Rated with a 100% Job Success Score), and those projects are in the portfolio. But a locally-priced, public package is different from a custom Upwork engagement. The founding rate lets the first clients get real value at below-market cost, and it lets us prove the delivery process — five days, fixed scope, no surprises — on real projects before we raise to the standard PKR 17,000.

The standard price goes up once the 10 founding slots are filled. The package itself doesn't change.

What is actually included

Here is the complete list. No paraphrasing, no marketing softening.

Three custom-designed pages

Home, About, Contact. Each one is designed for your business — not a template with your logo dropped in. We design the pages first (in a tool that looks like a real browser preview), you approve the look, then we build.

If you don't like the first design, we revise it. Nothing gets coded until you're happy with how it looks. That's not a guarantee we invented — it's the only sensible order of operations.

Mobile, tablet, and desktop

Tested on real devices. A site that breaks on a phone in 2026 is a site that's broken, full stop. Most Pakistani buyers — and most of your customers — are on mobile. We build mobile-first and work outward.

Contact form wired to your inbox or WhatsApp

The three most common failure points on cheap websites are: contact forms that never deliver, phone numbers that aren't clickable on mobile, and WhatsApp buttons that open the wrong number. All three are handled and tested before handover.

Basic on-page SEO

Page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap, and proper heading structure. This isn't an SEO campaign. It's the foundation that lets Google understand what your pages are about — without it, the rest of SEO work is harder and slower. With it, you're in the running from day one.

Hosted free for life (Vercel or Netlify)

You don't pay monthly hosting fees on a Starter Site. Vercel and Netlify's free tiers are fast, globally distributed, and don't expire. We configure this as part of the build. You never get a hosting invoice from us.

One round of revisions

After you see the live preview, you get one structured round of changes — adjustments to copy, colour, layout, images. This is enough for most projects. If scope changes significantly mid-project (you want a fourth page, a booking system, or e-commerce), that becomes a different package — which we'll tell you upfront, not after you've paid.

What is NOT included

This section exists because most Pakistani web agencies omit it entirely, then hit you with extras halfway through or after launch. We publish it here because a buyer who knows the limits makes a better decision — and because the right client for a Starter Site genuinely doesn't need these things.

Domain registration

Your domain (.com, .pk, .com.pk) is not included in the package price. Domains cost roughly PKR 3,000–8,000 per year depending on the extension and registrar. You register it, you own it — we help you point it to the site after launch.

Custom logo design

We use the logo you provide. If you don't have one, we can recommend a straightforward path to get one made. But a Starter Site is not a brand identity project — and combining the two in one quote tends to produce rushed logos and sites that don't quite fit.

Content writing

You supply the text for your pages: what your business does, your address, your contact details, your services, your short about paragraph. If you have trouble writing it, I can help you structure it on a call — but the writing itself is yours. This is standard across the industry; what isn't standard is that most agencies don't tell you until after you've paid the deposit.

More than three pages

Need five pages? A team page, a gallery, a pricing table, a services sub-page? That scope belongs in the Business Website package (PKR 60,000 standard), not the Starter Site. I'll tell you this before you book — not when you're mid-build.

E-commerce or booking systems

Taking payments, managing orders, accepting appointment bookings — these require meaningfully more build time and a different tech stack. They're not Starter Site territory. Shopify stores start at PKR 90,000 (standard rate). If that's your actual need, say so upfront and I'll quote accordingly.

Monthly fees to BrightWire

There are none. The hosting is free (Vercel/Netlify). The site is yours. You own the code and the accounts. If something breaks in the first 30 days due to our work, we fix it free. After that, there's an optional Care Plan from PKR 5,000/month if you want managed updates and support — but it's never a condition of owning or keeping the site.

Who it's right for

The Starter Site exists for a specific kind of business. Read this list and make an honest judgment.

Good fit:

  • You're a freelancer, consultant, or solo service provider who needs a credible online presence (and doesn't have one, or has a Canva link as your "website")
  • You're a new shop or side business — beauty salon, tailor, tutor, photographer, food brand — and you need customers to find you, see your work, and know how to contact you
  • You've been using social media as your only web presence and want something that's yours, loads fast, and looks right when you send someone the link
  • You don't need to sell online yet, just to exist online credibly

Not a good fit:

  • You need more than 3 pages
  • You're an established business where the website is the primary sales channel (upgrade to Business Website or Shopify store)
  • You need blog functionality, a portfolio section with filtering, a booking calendar, or client login
  • You're launching a product to an international market that expects more visual depth

The honest test: if your goal is "I need people to be able to find me and contact me," the Starter Site does that cleanly. If your goal is "I need my website to generate significant revenue on its own," you need a different package.

The five-day delivery is real

Five days is the committed delivery window. Here is how that actually runs:

Day 1: You send your business details and any images/branding. I confirm the content is complete and start the design.

Day 2–3: You receive the design preview. You review it, give feedback, and approve.

Day 3–5: Build, test on mobile and desktop, wire up the contact form, configure hosting, and connect your domain.

Day 5: Live. You receive a handover message with access to every account.

The five days assume you're responsive. If I send a design for review and you take four days to reply, the timeline shifts accordingly. That's not a gotcha — it's just how a tight delivery window works. Every working day while we build, you get an update on progress.

The proof behind the price

I'm not asking you to take the price on faith.

Hafiz Tayyab, our lead developer, has a public Upwork profile: Top Rated status and a 100% Job Success Score. The reviews on that profile are real, verbatim, and verifiable — you can read them on Upwork directly without an account. The portfolio on this site — AquaMe, Eien Health, BrightLink AV, Made For Us, BioTioo, and others — are live URLs you can visit right now.

The founding rate is low because we're proving a process publicly, not because the work is lower quality. I'd rather earn five reviews I can point to than five clients I can't name.

How to book

If the Starter Site sounds right for your business, the booking process is simple.

Message us on WhatsApp with: your business name, what you do, and the three things you most want visitors to do on your site (contact you, find your location, see your work, etc.). I'll confirm fit, answer any questions, and send a one-page brief to kick things off.

If it's not the right package for you — if you actually need something bigger — I'll tell you that honestly in the first message. That's always been how I'd want to be treated as a buyer.
